Account Director (Public and Social).

JOB TITLE: Account Director (Public and Social)
SALARY: £55k - £75k
LOCATION: London - Hybrid

THE COMPANY

A market research agency who were founded at the beginning of the century, who have a nurturing and friendly environment, delivering bespoke research for commercial and public sector clients. An agency which prides itself on an inclusive, fair and equal environment which gives everyone the opportunity to learn and strive in.

They have always maintained contracts within the government and public sector, remaining on the governments research framework and consistently winning not for profit business. Previously they have worked on projects that include smoking cessation, armed services and financial bodies (FOS, FSCS and FCA).

They are currently looking to bring on a Director level candidate, who is looking to join an agency where they are a community of partners who are invested in future success.

KEY DUTIES

• To provide focus for the companies business internally and externally
• To plan, direct and manage its growth from new and existing clients
• To manage, train and inspire existing researchers and hire new ones as required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience building relationships with appropriate suppliers and partners who can provide specialist support where required
• Previous experience working with other senior researchers, research leads and other director to share best practice
• Previous experience managing the procurement processes and ensure research system and credentials are in place for public and social sector work
