£50,000 - £60,000

London - Hybrid 2 days a week

We have partnered with a media agency that has been around for decades, with offices in over 70 countries! Their impressive growth comes from smart thinking and clever planning, helping brands expand faster than their competitors.

Now looking for an Associate Research Director to join them for a 12-month FTC, with the possibility of going permanent. Reporting directly to the Head of Insight, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management of mostly quantitative studies, working across the Media, Entertainment, Automotive and Retail sectors (and much more!)

To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable conducting ad-hoc studies, such as campaign and partnership evaluations, segmentation, and creative tests as well as the management of trackers. Sounds like you? Apply now!

Key duties

• As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for fostering innovation and developing new insight products to propose to clients
• Manage studies from briefing to delivery, supporting junior members throughout
• Actively support in bringing on new business for the team
• Build rapport quickly with internal and external stakeholders and clients

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in quantitative research, specifically campaign evaluations
• Ability to build new relationships with clients
• Proven track record of combining a creative approach to problem-solving
• Exposure to qualitative studies, advanced analytics or social listening is a bonus
