My clients are conducting more and more work on the quantitative side to research and as such they need people to help lead and develop this side to their business, which is why they require a new Head of Analytics and Statistics.

The ideal candidate will have worked within a market research agency in the past, preferably in the healthcare sector, though this isn't essential. You will have solid understanding of various statistical methodologies and techniques such as Conjoint, Segmentation and Regression. You will have designed and produced pricing, brand equity and customer loyalty models in the past. Overall, this role is to lead on all heavy quantitative and analytical research, mentor other members of the company and together with the Quant Director help to drive the business forward.
