​After graduating from Keele University in 2012 I went straight into recruitment, working initially as a consultant in the social housing sector and then moving into the IT contracting market. Following this I worked for one of the UK's major jobs boards as a New Business Account Manager.

I joined Aspire in April 2016 as a Talent Consultant in our new Birmingham based Talent Hub. My job is to focus on finding the best talent and placing that talent in the right position.

I believe in offering a consultative and informed approach, highly benefitting both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
