£20000 - £25000 per annum + OTE 15K+, flex working, benefits

Account Manager/Account Delivery Consultant - Customer Experience, AI, Analytics, Change & Contact Centre Recruitment. Basic to £25k (poss more DOE) + excellent OTE and benefits.

The Role

An opportunity to join a funky boutique specialist recruitment consultancy which is quickly growing due to success within the Customer Contact and Customer Experience recruitment sectors. The business specialises within contingent and retained recruitment and is outdoing the competition due to the high level of service and delivery, and consequently has had some major account wins. This is an opportunity to focus purely on permanent recruitment delivery including all aspects of sourcing candidates, managing communication with clients and candidates on behalf of consultants and preparing for interview, all aspects of managing online presence, research and preparing for and attending industry events. Due to the company's fantastic reputation, and networks within this market, they have lots of business coming directly to them without the need to business develop!

Your Profile

You will be an experienced Resourcer, Delivery Consultant, Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager, ideally with experience in permanent recruitment. A solid background in Customer Contact, Technology, Customer Experience, Marketing or Change Management Recruitment would be advantageous but not essential. You will ideally have had experience dealing with larger corporate clients or big accounts. You may be looking to move away from a corporate, rigid environment and perhaps for an opportunity with more flexibility and the option to work from home. You'll be an excellent communicator who is self motivated and able to work under pressure.
