The role:

You will be a senior member of staff and play a key part in growing our business by expanding the existing client base through managing the Account Management team, growing high value accounts and forging long term relationships.

Managing the Account Management team will require strong sales cadence across sales planning, account planning, regular sales meetings, pipeline management, forecasting and proactive 121 meetings with all team members on a regular basis. Coaching and training new starters and developing existing team members is critical to ensure the team are able to execute their roles to their highest potential. Knowledge of the sales process is essential to support the team to achieve their targets.

You will oversee the project workflow and the commercial responsibility of the team to ensure the business maximise operational efficiency and deliver high quality research. Prioritisation and task management is key for this fast- paced role, enabling them to deliver an exceptional service to their clients.

About you:

  • You will have excellent knowledge of the online market research industry and research process, and experience of managing and growing high value accounts across either Agencies or management consultancies.
  • Using this experience you will lead a team of Account Managers so strong management skills are required to ensure the business is striving to exceed customer expectations every time and achieving set KPI's and revenue targets across the team.
  • It is essential that you can demonstrate your experience of how to plan for achieving your team targets, putting in place strategies for the team to grow and deal with the risks across the portfolio of accounts, and the execution of your plan resulting in creating high value opportunities across organisations and a team that meets performance targets.
  • A passion for exceeding client expectations is essential.
