Account Director.
- Location: London £55000 - £65000 per annum + OTE

The role:
You will be a senior member of staff and play a key part in growing our business by expanding the existing client base through managing the Account Management team, growing high value accounts and forging long term relationships.
Managing the Account Management team will require strong sales cadence across sales planning, account planning, regular sales meetings, pipeline management, forecasting and proactive 121 meetings with all team members on a regular basis. Coaching and training new starters and developing existing team members is critical to ensure the team are able to execute their roles to their highest potential. Knowledge of the sales process is essential to support the team to achieve their targets.
You will oversee the project workflow and the commercial responsibility of the team to ensure the business maximise operational efficiency and deliver high quality research. Prioritisation and task management is key for this fast- paced role, enabling them to deliver an exceptional service to their clients.
