Job Title: Account Director

Location: London

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 + OTE

Do you have experience selling in fashion, publishing or the digital space and are you looking for an exciting new opportunity to work for an internationally recognised high-end brand?

The Company:

The company are a premium content platform for fashion, music, art, design, culture and more. They have been recognised internationally as the brand and channel to consume high-end product and content.

Starting out as a 'sneaker blog' this business has blown up and now consider themselves to be a 'modern GQ' tapping into all passion points. They are currently going through a strong period of growth and are looking to recruit an Account Director to identify and manage a select client base across EMEA.

With modern offices located in Central London you will benefit from working for a market leader in their space with the opportunity to work with some amazing brands such as Adidas, Puma and Yeezy. You'll also benefit from an insane uncapped commission structure as well as working for a business that has had 100% retention rate in the past 2 years!

The Role:

  • Proactively sell content across EMEA to your existing patch and prospective clients to deliver maximum revenue.
  • Sourcing and creating new contacts via research, networking and events across your dedicated sales patch.
  • Work across all relevant touch points to develop and expand your contact base.
  • Working closely with the Creative, Editorial and Account Servicing teams to successfully execute advertising campaigns
  • Attend face-to-face meetings and present to all clients to develop relationships across your patch.

The candidate:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience selling in fashion, publishing or digital space to ensure per agreed targets have been met.
  • A proven track record having built relationships with high-level clients to ensure you can hit the ground running!
  • Strong communication skills to ensure you can liaise cross-department to build relationships and improve efficiency.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team to hit pre-agreed sales targets.
