We Are Aspire Ltd are looking for a 2 Account Managers to support with continued growth plans for 2022 and beyond across their Motors and Jobs Team at Gumtree Ltd across their Motors and Jobs divisions!

Launched at the beginning of 2020, eBay Motors Group (eMG) is the new dealer-facing brand that brings together eBay Motors, Gumtree Motors, Motors.co.uk and the eMG partner network brands. eMG provide its dealers, both big and small, with a seamless way to advertise their vehicles and help them reach millions of buyers throughout their buying journey.

Gumtree Jobs is an an ever-changing job market, Gumtree Jobs has positioned itself as the go to place for clients looking to fill immediate vacancies in the hospitality, driving, cleaning and construction sectors. The Jobs team is one of our 4 classified verticals that also includes Motors, Property and Services. With 1.3 million unique visitors a month and almost 60,000 live jobs on the site, we're well established in the market and are going from strength to strength.

The business has big plans for double digit annual growth, is backed by significant investment and has a robust strategic plan. You will be joining at a very exciting time, a pivotal moment on the journey that opens up many new opportunities to capitalise on.

The Role

  • You will have ownership of a portfolio of accounts and be responsible for retention, cross-selling and upselling
  • Ensuring opportunities and threats are identified and planned for within your account base
  • Ensuring your accounts receive the best possible ROI and a world-class user experience
  • Meeting and exceeding daily KPIs and performance metrics (calls, proposals, etc

The Candidate

  • You will either be a graduate looking to get into sales or previous B2B sales/account management experience
  • A passion for speaking to people and building long lasting relationships
  • A highly organised and methodical approach to your work
  • The ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently
