Account Manager.

Role description
Aspire are looking for an experienced account manager to strengthen our ties with our current clients. You will be responsible for helping clients get the most from Aspire and look for opportunities to grow their accounts.

Essential experience

2+ years' experience in a client-facing role and ability to forge personal and business relationships, finding a balance between the client and the business' needs
* Personable and empathetic. You're capable and confident handling delicate
* Interactions, in person and over the phone
* Sharp eye for detail and a capacity to prioritise
* Commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Great communication skills (both written and verbal)

Desirable experience
* Experience managing relationships with both large and small companies
* Experience in the staffing industry

Core responsibilities
* Managing Partner relationships through face-to-face, phone and email contact
* Maintaining and developing of partner accounts - this is a commercially accountable role and your KPIs will be linked to the commercial performance of your accounts
* Issue resolution. As Account Manager, you'll be a point of escalation for a variety of issues
