The Company
They are the largest, independent advertising technology company globally. Their clients include the most successful advertising agencies, media specialists, media owners, and advertisers. Their mission is to enable agencies and brands to leverage the power of technology in a rapidly changing digital landscape. They do this by creating bespoke software that benefit and transforms the entire advertising industry. Due to expansion they are looking for an Account Manager to join the London team.

The Role

  • As an Account Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with their customers. You will be actively involved from start to finish from product delivery, continuing to the management of site build, and providing support post on boarding.
  • Manage companies existing clients and agencies across EMEA
  • Develop strategic relationships with multiple levels within customer base to become a trusted and valued business partner.
  • Meet clients and agencies on a regular basis to understand their business and requirements ensuring products are tailored meet their requirements.
  • You will be responsible for training and on boarding existing and new customers onto the platforms.
  • Work in collaboration with internal sales and product teams.

The Person

  • Experience in a client facing account management of client development role is required to meet customer's needs effectively.
  • Extensive knowledge of the advertising space ideally digital as this forms a fundamental part of the position.
  • Ideally you will have worked either with or in an agency to be able to empathise and negotiate around industry challenges.
  • Proven success in a sales or targeted role to meet deadlines in a fast paced pressured environment.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills to produce completely bespoke solutions for customers that ensure you are their trusted adviser.
  • As there will be an element of problem solving as an account manager having a logical mindset will ensure you identify strengths and weakness quickly to get the best result.
  • Be a self-starter, proactive and team player are a must to make you a successful account manager.
