My client a media monitoring SaaS company who provide world leading data and insights are on the look out for an Account Manager to join their growing team of 10 based in London. They are multi-billion-pound organisation that provide market intelligence and analysis to improve client's audience reach and engagement across multiple media. You will be managing existing accounts, but they are looking for a real new business mentality, finding growth opportunities wherever possible. They don't want someone to just farm the accounts, they really want you to drive sales revenue.

The Role

  • Managing existing accounts with a new business mentality
  • Finding growth opportunities wherever possible and capitalising on them
  • Build awareness of the company's service range and cross sell where appropriate
  • Always maintain a healthy and accurate pipeline
  • Keep track of industry news and events around which to target discussions
  • Build great working relationships and rapport with the clients in your portfolio
  • Maintain up to date and accurate records on the CRM system

The Candidate

  • New business or account management experience ideally within Media or Digital which will allow you to hit the ground running
  • Fantastic communication skills and have a people orientated mind which will allow you to build great relationships and confidently liaise with clients and teams alike
  • Outstanding negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels within business to help you win business and earn commission!
  • Have a new business mentality which will allow you to grow and develop your portfolio of clients
  • Desirable to have knowledge of media monitoring or related industry!
