This multi-award-winning agency with great technical advancements is on the lookout for an Account Manager to help maintain and grow client accounts:

JOB TITLE: Account Manager (Market Research)
SALARY: Up to £45k + bonus
LOCATION: London - 3 days WFH

KEY DUTIES

• Maintain strong client relationships, grow opportunities, manage projects efficiently, and ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery.
• Prepare tailored proposals, collaborate with research teams, and exceed client expectations through effective project execution.
• Represent business at events, build pipelines, maximise new opportunities, and support development of products and services.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 2-3 years market research sales or account management experience with strong media and advertising industry understanding.
• Excellent communication, consultative selling, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills; able to influence stakeholders across organisational levels.
• Self-starter with integrity, adaptability, CRM experience, strong IT skills, and drive to exceed targets consistently.
