Ad Operations - Technology and Data Manager

An established media agency recognised for one of the most brilliant projects in the industry today. They have recently won a new account and is now looking for an experienced Technology and Data Manager to join their Ad Operations team.


You will be joining a fast-growing business specialised in translating audience behaviours and insights in to smart decisions for their client's media plans. Their focus is to provide a service that will re-invent the ways of traditional advertising is in today's marketplace, to ensure they are embracing media in this digital age, which is moving fast as a result of innovative technology and consumer data.

The Role


This role will sit within the Ad operations team and you will be responsible for managing and analysing the performance of all of their digital advertising technology stack. You will be in charge of providing technical leadership and strategic direction to the Analytic and Insights team.
* Ensure best in class system operations of digital technology efficiency, including in -house and 3rd party technology platforms.


* Maintain optimal system performance and carry out tasks such as tagging, tracking technologies, web analytic and monitor technology performance.
* Build & maintain a best in class knowledge system of industry digital technical knowledge for reference and to enable thought leadership throughout the business.
* Ensuring data accuracy when collecting information from internal and external systems.
* Providing the Digital Operations team and client portfolio with a consistent system of digital technical knowledge training

Skills


* Experience working within a media agency, ad tech provider or publisher.
* Experience working with ad operation technologies.
* Strong knowledge of multiple platforms such as Ad servers, TMS and Web Analytics.
* Expert in using excel and familiar with data manipulations and analysis
* Experience using the following is highly desirable: Google DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Tag Management platforms.
* Basic knowledge of Java Script and HTML
