The company:
This award-winning hybrid analytics and planning agency are looking for an Analytics Manager to join their London team and help produce campaign performance and management information reports for internal and external stakeholders. They aim to accomplish two things; an accurate understanding of their client's sales drivers as well as their brand strength. By understanding these 2 key areas they can uncover vital insights, make valuable recommendations that drive tangible business improvements and help their clients capitalise on opportunities. They work with a wide range of clients from large complex advertisers to smaller regional advertisers offer bespoke services to help each reach the next level. You'll be based in some of the coolest offices in London, right on the Thames, boasting Instagram worthy views. You'll have access to tech and support which will be difficult for any other agency to rival. In this role you will scope and develop ad hoc analytics projects that provide key optimisation recommendations to clients' businesses, providing training where necessary while directly managing 2 analysts.
The role:
* You will work with your manager and the wider account teams to produce campaign performance reports for both internal and external clients
* Take a more proactive role in the expansion and design of said reports
* Responsible for the training and development of your executive(s) with support from your Director
* Develop strong relationships with relevant analytics partners at an appropriate level, including other external agencies on our client's businesses

The Candidate:

* Highly numerate with experience of data manipulation and visualisation
* You have an advanced understanding of digital advertising and associated technological principles (e.g. ad serving, tagging, web analytics (GA), attribution, etc.)
* You are an advanced end user of all ad serving technology (e.g. DFA, Sizmek, AdForm, etc)
* Very good written and verbal communication skills

* Very good written and verbal communication skills
