KEY DUTIES

• Lead and develop insight professionals, delivering exceptional quality, strategic impact, and high-performing teams across diverse research projects.
• Build trusted client relationships, oversee research delivery, and present actionable insights influencing strategic business decisions effectively.
• Drive commercial growth through client acquisition, account expansion, and expert consultancy across quantitative research engagements.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Significant market research experience, including leadership, with expertise across quantitative research methodologies and analysis.
• Proven client relationship management, critical thinking, project management, and persuasive communication skills with senior stakeholders and brands.
• Previously demonstrable leadership, team motivation, and commitment to delivering impactful, high-quality research outcomes.
