Associate Marketing Manager.

This super exciting digital media company own a portfolio of lifestyle brands and is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to support advertiser-driven sales and marketing initiatives.

As a key member of a client-facing team focused on winning the interest and confidence of their advertisers, this individual develops revenue-generating strategies and programmes based on client briefs, data, and insights. The position is part of a dedicated Marketing pod structure and reports directly to a Marketing Manager. Collaboration is at the core of this role as this individual will work closely with pre and post-sales teams including sales, account strategy, creative strategy, and audience insights.

The Role

• Own the revenue-driving strategy and packaging for client-facing RFPs
• Independently dissecting client briefs to identify the core problem that you are uniquely positioned to solve
• Tap into knowledge of audience, cultural, editorial, tech, and media trends to add an additional layer of insight to the opportunity
• Lead brainstorms to collaboratively develop original and compelling cross-platform programmes and creative ideas/executions
• Collaborate with internal teams to vet ideas with editorial, nail down costs, the media strategy, and creative approaches

The Candidate

• At least 3 years industry marketing experience, ideally media owner/publisher side, agency or in-house environment
• Knowledge of digital partnerships and the wider digital landscape as well as the wider media ecosystem and function of a publisher brand
• Strong communication skills, a meticulous eye for detail and high proficiency in deck making, presenting and copywriting
• Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise work assignments, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
