Are you an Audience Development Manager looking to work for one of the UK's best media companies?

The company are looking to bring in an Audience Development Manager to work closely with Editorial and help drive continual growth of one of their best loved brands. Working with the wider team you will underpin content and commercial strategies to help better engage with the brands customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading media company and brand with a fantastic on and offline community. The Role:

* As the Audience Development Manager, you will report and monitor processes to ensure the target audience is being engaged and that KPIs for social, search and email are being met
* Delivering expert analytical support; helping the brand identify report and monitor KPI's to meet business objectives
* Working to develop the content strategy across all channels to improve and continually optimise performance and to identify and exploit growth opportunities both on and offline
* Inviting and responding to audience feedback, championing the use of community tools across the site and encouraging the submission of user generated content

The Candidate:

* Having prior and proven experience in a similar position is essential for this position. Proven experience of content SEO
* With your strong grasp on analytics tools such as Google Analytic and Google Console you will be able monitor and report as well as identify KPI's to help improve performance
* Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you communicate your findings to the wider business
* Interest in and enthusiasm for interpreting performance data and understanding consumer behaviour
