Are you an AV Account Manager looking for their next role and want to join one of the agencies in the 'big six'. I have a role available in London right now for an agency who wants someone to come in and work with two of their most exciting clients

This agency is looking for a confident and driven individual to join their team as an AV Account Manager. The new AV Account Manager will take responsibility for the accuracy of spend forecasts for the two clients. As the new AV Account Manager you will be able to manage both internal and external relationships.

The agency you will be joining has worldwide recognition and has over 8,000 employees around the world. One of the clients you will be working with in one of the largest drinks brands in the UK, with products on every supermarket shelf. The other client is an amazing nature TV channel that is looking to branch out into streaming.

The Role

• Support & develop your direct reports with clear roles, stretching goals, and engaging career paths. Establishing the right KPIs for your team across the different disciplines within Reservation-mapping skillsets across the team appropriately.
• Work closely with the Reservation Account Director to ensure highest quality in the most commercially beneficial way.
• Contribute through pioneering and market leading innovation to ensure our AV plans are future-facing.
• Supporting the day to day investment process for your clients, ensuring a sharp and highly efficient approach and mentality to ensure optimal value and quality delivery, with an intermediate and developing understanding of PRF and audit requirements.

The Candidate

• Demonstrate an inclusive leadership style, able to manage your team with clear direction, with support from leadership.
• Knowledgeable in the TV and Video market, with Audio experience preferred but not essential.
• Demonstrate best in class audience planning, with a detailed working knowledge and ability to use appropriate tools, i.e. TGI, Touchpoints, YouGov.
• Hands on when it comes to planning, booking and delivering campaigns for your client set.
