The Role

* Using your drafting and prosecuting skills, you will feel comfortable with EPO cases
* Being commercially driven, you will be able to contribute directly to client patent portfolios in order to strengthen relations with a range of stakeholders
* You will be gain exposure to litigation and contentious work, to broaden your already established skill set
* Working with SME clients, spin-outs and corporate blue-chip companies, the chance to take ownership of portfolios is readily available
* The opportunity to undertake legal research to help support your workload is highly encouraged to give you a more detailed understanding of international IP law.

The Person

* With a minimum of 5 years PQE experience (CPA/EPA) gained from private practice or industry, you will already possess strong drafting skills which will allow you to hit the ground running
* A Bachelor's Degree in a Biochemistry/Life Sciences relate discipline will mean you have the technical acumen to apply your proven knowledge to a variety of workloads
* The ability to work efficiently by prioritising cases and working tight to deadlines will ensure you can meet the requirements of a variety of stakeholders
*You should be an effective networker, and someone who enjoys the rigours of client portfolio management on an international scale.
