The Role

• Be instrumental in leading day-to-day delivery of strategy, innovation and insight projects running end-to-end qualitative projects
• Support business development efforts alongside more senior team members
• Create holistic strategies that work on a rational and emotional level

The Candidate

• Comfortable working in a fast paced team, who are passionate about what they do
• Experience with various qualitative research methodologies including in-depth interviews, moderated focus groups, online communities and ethnographies
• Experience in finding new sources of growth, through brand strategy and innovation
