Are you a large quota carrying, proven new business hunter with experience selling at a global enterprise level and are you looking for your next role?

The Company:

This global audience intelligence and digital strategy consultancy are looking for an Enterprise Business Development Director to join their team. You will play a key strategic partner role ensuring the growth of the new business portfolio. Their solutions help their clients to track, understand and visualise what is being said across all social platforms, search and their own channels to generate insights for marketing and products.

With modern offices located in Central London you will benefit from working for a market leader in their space with the opportunity to work with some amazing clients and brands. The Role:

  • You will own a set of defined industry verticals; formulating a go-to-market plan to strategically approach accounts and manage the sales cycle from start to finish.
  • You will be responsible for selling across the full portfolio of intelligence and consultancy solutions - pitching and demo'ing to clients
  • Liaise internally with marketing and your own set of BDRs who will feed you a pipeline of leads to follow up and close to deliver maximum revenue.
  • You will have the opportunity to travel globally to meet with clients to build relationships and expand your contact base.
  • You will play a key part in shaping commercial strategy and the businesses overall offering with the CEO

The candidate:

  • You will have experience performing against and exceeding targets and closing large new business deals to ensure per agreed targets have been met.
  • You must have a proven ability to prospect within a competitive marketplace, surface leads with key decision makers and be able to build a network that can be converted to a sales pipeline.
  • 6+ years in business intelligence, ideally software or research sales
  • A proven track record having built relationships with high-level clients to ensure you can hit the ground running!
  • Strong communication skills to ensure you can liaise cross-department to build relationships and improve efficiency.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team to hit pre-agreed sales targets
