Business Development Executive
Manchester | Field Based | 37.5 Hours per Week
Are you a confident relationship-builder who enjoys being out in the field, meeting people, and driving growth?
We're looking for a
Business Development Executive to manage and develop an established, high-performing territory across Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and enjoys building long-term professional relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals across your territory
- Promoting healthcare services and increasing awareness within the local community
- Regularly visiting key stakeholders and maintaining a strong presence in the field
- Identifying opportunities to grow referrals and support service development
- Working closely with the wider business development team to achieve territory objectives
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a field-based sales, business development, account management, or relationship-focused role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and territory planning abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Full UK driving licence
