You will be one of two Business Development Executives in a commercial team of nine and will be responsible for proactively selling to companies both over the phone and face to face. Role:

* Outbound prospecting to generate new business
* Generating revenue from new accounts that contribute to the company growth target
* Managing and building relations with existing accounts to up-sell and cross-sell the latest solutions
* Gaining customer commitment to ensure successful onboarding
* Work with the Delivery team; facilitating communications including meetings, pitching, reviews and recommendations.

The Candidate:

* Experience generating new business will allow you to hit the ground running when joining this fast paced environment
* Exceptional communication skills will mean you can clearly and confidently liaise with clients
* Experience hitting and exceeding targets will aid you to achieve targets set within your new role
* Being sociable, confident, enthusiastic, motivated, passionate will mean you will fit into the team well
