Business Development Executive

Central London

£22,000 + OTE

Would you like to work for one of the best loved digital learning and communication brands in Europe?

With nearly 20 years of experience, an industry leader in the online training sector are looking to expand their sales team. Based in Central London, this rapidly growing business develop bespoke and engaging e-learning content for which they have won several awards. With global leading clients including Coca-Cola, Microsoft and Volkswagen they are looking for a focused and self-motivated individual to support the sales team. This role varies from attending sales meetings and presentations to creating and following through on marketing campaigns, creating promotional content through social media channels. Personal development is a high priority in this vibrant and friendly company.

The Opportunity:

  • Securing new meetings with buyers of learning in FTSE 250 companies.
  • Understanding your clients needs and being proactive to new business opportunities.
  • Arranging and ensuring a continual pipeline of meetings for the sales team.
  • Using social media to promote campaigns, get inbound leads and build connections.
  • Using SEO and understanding how to attract website traffic and analysing visitor data to inform campaigns.

The Candidate:

  • A minimum of a 2:1 degree will give you a good foundation to create exciting and engaging content for promotional campaigns.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills will build your network of clients and help achieve sales KPIs.
  • An excellent telephone manner and command of oral and written English with proven examples of work.
  • A confident and outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills to attend meetings and deliver presentations.
  • Sales, account management, marketing or Business Development experience is desirable to ensure productivity from day one
