£30,000 - £60,000 per annum + Uncapped commission (1st Year OTE £30k)

An opportunity has come about for a Business Development Manager to join an incredibly successful team.
You will be building a portfolio of high value corporate clients from the ground up, and also take advantage of working closely with a mentor in the business to ensure you are successful in the role, and learning from the best. You will be learning how to deal independently for your portfolio of clients on the largest traded market in the world.

The Role
- As Business Development Manager you will be researching and engaging with the C-Suite level executives from medium -large businesses via telephone
- Maximise earning potential from your own client base
- Develop a sales plan, strategy and pipeline and develop trusted relationships with your portfolio of clients
- Understand customer's business objectives and identify bespoke solutions based on their needs
The Candidate
- Demonstrate initiative to understand the industry and new trends and develop long-lasting partnerships
- A proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to successfully engage key decision makers and high-profile sponsors both over the phone and face to face
- Team player committed to supporting the team goals in addition to working on own initiative
