The Role
As a Business Development Executive you will be tasked with growing the business by sparking up conversations with marketing leaders in the fashion, tech, finance, FMCG and beauty industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage 4 agency accounts (along with a Comms Manager and Strategy Director) - generating introduction meetings and new business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales process - identification of targets, introducing your client's business, scheduling appointments for your client and general account management.
  • Generate new leads from cold by leveraging insight, content, event invites and trends to spark the conversation.
  • Using the phone, LinkedIn and email campaigns you will work closely with the wider team to generate attendees to client webinars & events.

The Candidate
Alongside a track history of successful Business Development and an interest in tech / creative industries candidates possess a high level of tenacity, persistence, empathy and emotional intelligence. With an ability to build long lasting relationships you will have…

  • 2+ years worth of experience working in agency or B2B Sales and Lead Generation

  • An interest in the marketing, creative and tech industries with a genuine desire to grow and develop you career in Business Development

    * Great Time-management skills - you will be working with several clients simultaneously, all with their own targets, objectives and deadlines
