Business Development Manager.

Our client, an events company specialising in Cyber Security, is looking to add a Business Development Manager to their rapidly growing team!

This is an opportunity to join the friendly and social event sales team (full training provided) and drive forward sales bringing in UNCAPPED COMMISSION!

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering flexible, hybrid working (4 days a week from their Central London based office) and base salaries of £25-30K plus an additional £20K+ OTE.

Responsibilities:

• Account management of existing database clients, ensuring relationship is built and revenue maximised
• New business development, bringing in new clients and building strong relationships
• Selling across the event portfolio, from sponsorship to delegates

The Person:

• Ideally a minimum of 1 year experience within B2B sales
• You have a history of delivery against revenue and other KPI targets
• Experience in development of new business
• Ability to generate own leads and comfortable preparing and making high volumes of outbound calls per day.
• Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with your client base
• Excellent verbal and written skills required.
• Needs to be highly self-motivated in achieving goals.
• Excellent team working skills.
