Business Development Manager.

A tech enabled consultancy business are looking to expand their team with a Sales Associate. They work with some of the largest and most interesting companies to solve challenges within the work places through innovation. Their platform helps large businesses unlock potential in their staff and drive productivity.

The Role:

As the Sales Associate you will be focusing on driving new business and growing on existing relationships. Day to day you will be:

• Generating leads through variety of channels such as LinkedIn, email and telephone
• Attending webinars, conferences and client meetings to build on relationships
• Conservatively selling the business products/services whilst getting to the heart of the clients needs
• Collaborating with commercial director to convert live opportunities

The Candidate:

This company are looking for the Sales Associate to continue their growth and with this they are looking for someone who has:

• 2 years B2B experience in sales ideally from a consulting, tech or corporate environment
• Experience with driving new business, prospecting and generating new business pipeline
• Experience with up selling and negotiating
• Project management experience
