Their success is all down to the talented individuals in the Natuonal offices. Due to recent expansion they are looking for highly motivated, articulate, driven business development manager with a proven track record in closing sales face to face to join the team.

The Role

* To present company media solution to new clients in face to face meeting
* Achieve sales targets and bring in revenue from agreed client accounts
* Attend all pre-booked company appointments
* Identify and prospect new clients
* Be customer focused at all times and be seen as a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues.
* Produce accurate reports on performance against targets to time.
* Support the team by attending meetings and contributing towards over company success and performance.

The Person

* Your excellent negotiation, persuasion and closing skill will insure your yearly targets are achieved.
* To ensure every opportunity is maximised and revenue achieved you will be resilient, self-motivated, competitive and solution focused always.
* Your collaborative supportive nature will play a vital part in working together with wider company teams.
* Your relevant proven experience in a B2B field sales role will ensure you produce results and secure sales with your first month.
* As the role is field based and requires flexible working your ability to prioritise and multi-task will be beneficial to ensure results are met.
* Your experience leading teams or managing will be a value when working with the less experienced sales team members.
