Location: London

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 basic + OTE

This pioneer with over 3 decades of experience across the marketing industry are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their business. This specific division helps clients drive more business value by delivering an Integrated Customer Experience across all channels, with data at the heart of what they do. Their broad range of solutions and services include consumer data and insight, analytics, managed services, digital marketing and consultancy.

With outstanding offices located in London, they have a strong sales-driven success culture and core values are transparency, honesty and integrity. They offer a collaborative, highly motivating and rewarding working culture and you will also be exposed to working with some of the world's biggest brands!

The Role:

  • Selling a range of solutions and services including consumer data and insight, analytics, managed services, digital marketing and consultancy.
  • Attending face-to-face meetings to develop relationships with prospective new and existing clients.
  • Create and maintain quarterly and annual plans and to generate a significant pipeline to hit their targets, facilitating experts as and when needed.
  • Work across all relevant touch points to develop and expand your contact base.

The Candidate:

  • Have a proven track record of winning new business to ensure per agreed targets have been met.
  • Demonstrate experience selling a complex solution within data/analytics, market research or business intelligence to ensure you can hit the ground running within this market.
  • Strong communication skills to ensure you can liaise cross-department to build relationships and improve efficiency.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a team to hit pre-agreed sales targets.
