Business Development Manager - Leading Global B2B Exhibition

Circa £28k - £30k Basic, £50k - £70k OTE, Plus Great Benefits

The Role

You will be responsible for developing new business revenue and growing an existing client base across an internationally respected exhibition in a rapidly growing market that attracts thousands of attendees from some of the biggest global brands.

The role will be a combination of office based and visiting clients both in the UK and internationally. You will be approaching a range of businesses from SME's to large multinational plc's, and you will need to tailor your approach accordingly. A consultative and long term sales approach is required, you will be able think creatively and be innovative in your sales approach.

The Company

A global B2B communications business that has experienced rapid growth and has a number of B2B brands that are truly global market leaders. A business that invests in its sales team with fully integrated sales training and career plans.

Your Profile

You will be an experienced media sales professional ideally with business development experience across a B2B Exhibition, although this isn't essential. You will have experience of selling to a variety of clients and be capable of holding conversations with a wide range of decision makers and influencers.

A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit who loves the challenge of over achieving a personal target and reaping the large rewards that are available.
