A leading global e-commerce/retail brand are looking for a Campaign Marketing Lead to join their team. You will be responsible for the end to end delivery of campaign marketing activities to drive consumer demand in the market to power their growth ambitions. This role spans across geographies, with a high focus on the UK market. As Campaign Marketing Lead you will be responsible for developing plans to help establish the brands and products as part of an integrated Go To Market strategy. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end development, management and delivery of campaign activities, including media, PR, trade marketing, etrade, User generated content and community management.

The role will be twofold, with one key aspect being to launch and deliver communication plans as part of category strategy, and subsequently driving these from a commercial perspective to support the P&L targets across brands & categories.

The Role

  • Create and deliver communication strategy for all categories across Consumer products, with the ultimate purpose of delivering an integrated 360 communication plan with a true understanding of the consumer decision journey and ecosystem thinking.
  • Overall Campaign marketing team management and development, including setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budget for the Campaign Marketing team
  • Ensure brand message is consistent across all channels and communication activities (across the likes of media, events, email campaigns, web pages and promotion material)
  • Ensure consumer insights sit at the heart of all communication activities and materials.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

The Candidate

  • You will have a proven track record leading high performance communication teams and drive to inspire innovative ideas in campaign marketing approach.
  • You will be able to speak e-com and retail language to ensure you can hit the ground running
  • Solid digital marketing experience both off and online
  • Extensive experience in working in Advertising and Media Planning Positions, across multiple industries
  • Management ability, previously led a team of at least 5+ persons, in multiple geographies.
