Campaign Marketing Manager.

The client are classically known for being a publishing company who over the last 5 years have transitioned into a fully-fledged B2B Fintech business. They rely on coverage of investors and their actions which has become the focal point of the firms editorial and research efforts, which is therefore key to providing valuable business intelligence tools for the global fund management industry.

They are now looking to hire an experienced Campaign Marketing Manager to be responsible for planning and implementing effective targeted campaigns to support the membership sales team.

You will be responsible for executing the multi-channel marketing activities, implementing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition across a range of channels including website, email, paid and owned social media and owned events including webinars and podcasts.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a growth environment, and a proven ability/or aptitude to execute campaigns to support growth objectives. You will drive campaign development, overseeing tactical day-to-day campaign deliverables, to execute their end-to-end delivery (plan, test, execute, measure and refine) within defined brand guidelines.

This is a full time permanent position, offering up to £70K basis salary plus 10% bonus flexible working and exciting benefits package that includes bonus, regular incentives, 24 annual leave allowance and exciting Christmas parties to a European destination.

The Person

• Ideally 4-6 years campaign management experience.
• Experience with proven success developing and executing integrated, multi-touch marketing plans and programs across the marketing mix
• Ability to develop strong relationships with the sales team
• Strong working knowledge/aptitude to learn Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools (ideally Pardot) landing pages to support demand generation activities (i.e., setting up new landing pages)
• Experience//aptitude to learn in building, sending, and reporting on email marketing campaigns including newsletters and drip email campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills, with a good grasp of Excel/data packages and understanding of web analytics.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
