The Role

* This unique position couples your drafting and prosecuting core skills with the opportunity for strategic development, guiding clients on their IP strategy
* Readily available contentious work including oppositions and appeals will be crucial in this proactive position
* Using a range of innovative solutions, you will work on cutting edge technologies in the chemistry space to include petrochemicals, polymers and pharmaceuticals
* With an expanding client portfolio, you will be able to use your commercial skills to advise clients of all sizes, such as SME's, individual inventors, university spin-outs and global blue-chip companies

The Person

* Being an astute attorney, qualified to the EPA and or CPA level, you will possess excellent drafting/prosecuting skills
* With a minimum of 2 years PQE gained either in private practice or in industry, you will be looking for a position that can further stretch your IP capabilities
* Proven experience with client relations will enable you to hit the ground running and feel comfortable liaising with a range of stakeholders
* Having an appetite to grow your own portfolio and advise these clients on their IP strategy throughout your involvement, your business developments skills will be highly reputable
