Your Profile

This is a fantastic opportunity for an EPA or part-qualified Patent Attorney in the field of Chemistry who is keen to develop their own client base as well as add immediate value to existing client relationships. You should possess a minimum of 3 years experience and enjoy the variety and challenges of modern practice environments. Your first-degree and/or PhD must be in a Chemistry related subject.

Your career will be supported and nurtured in this role, as necessary, to attain your own professional ambitions within the firm.

The successful candidate must be commercially minded, hard-working, self-motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work closely with direct clients is essential.

You'll be handling a large proportion of direct clients, which includes a broad portfolio of pharmaceutical chemistry from US agents, requiring lots of input and discussion. Their is a range of European prosecution and opposition/appeals too. There's also freedom-to-operate opinion work to manage over a number of key accounts.
