Client Relations Executive.

The Company:

This boutique style business is looking for a new Conference Producer to join the team! They create a variety of written reports, industry events and surveys for institutional finance professionals. They give you the opportunity to really contribute to the growth of the business and have exposure to their international conferences (UK, Europe and North America) as well as contributing to the content of their reports.

The Role:

As the Client Relations Executive you will be focusing on securing VIP delegates for a series of financial service focused seminars, summits and subscription requests for opinion reports in the UK, USA and Germany. Day to day will be:

• Calling on both a cold and warm basis to introduce the company and secure attendance to events
• Retaining delegates for attendance to event
• Liaise with existing report and event sponsors when necessary
• Maintaining CRM system

The Candidate:

The successful candidate for the Client Relations Executive will have the below:

• A minimum of a years experience in a conference, subscription or guest invitation sales role
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with using a range of technology systems
• Proven track record on meeting targets
• Ability to work across a variety of projects
