The company focuses on shopper insights within the FMCG and eating/drinking out sectors and provide a unique combination of expert intelligence together with essential market data, insight and trends for their prestigious list of clients.

The Role

• Understand the needs of the client base and continually add value.
• Be an expert on on-boarding, client relationship management and particularly in driving client engagement.
• Always look for more efficient and effective ways of achieving project goals.
• Develop new and innovative ways of presenting information in an impactful and relevant way.

The Candidate

• Experience working in a research agency environment and with FMCG customers.
• Excellent communication skills, as you will have regular contact with clients.
• Fluently expresses information, opinion and argument with skill and confidence, as you will present to large groups including senior management.
• Professional manner and 'can-do' attitude, a self-starter.
