Location: London
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

The Company:

A global leader in interactive marketing services at the forefront of connecting clients and customers through detailed data driven customer insight that enables profitable business decisions, are looking for a Client Services Manager to join their client services team, looking after a leading client in the automotive sector, supporting their direct marketing/database marketing initiatives while doing the up-most to increase revenue spend. You would be managing all the projects, processes and changes that go with it - being first point of call for the client.

With amazing offices located in Central London, to match their go-getting and driven team. You will benefit from working for an established leader in its field and play an integral part in the delivery of all service needs and end to end project delivery of a key client. The Role:

  • Working closely with new business, development and delivery teams internationally to ensure that the database and data processing services are delivered to the highest standard and fulfil the client's business needs and their contractual requirements
  • Responsible for the overseeing of all work being performed on the account and operational point-of-contact for all service delivery needs
  • Day-day solution and project management for the client solution, including accountability for Issues, Change and Release Management
  • Ensuring that thorough Account Planning takes place and up-sell opportunities are pursued
  • Responsible for financial management of the account to include forecasting, quotations, revenue recognition and invoicing
  • Meet and work on client site 3x per month to nurture and develop relationships with key customer accounts.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders globally in order to manage the full project and deliver client requirements to the highest standard.

The candidate:

  • Have experience within client relationship management, marketing and campaign management, customer success or client services to ensure end to end service delivery.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills. Working with people from different countries and different time zones.
  • Experience within change management, issue management and/or data management.
  • Prior high-level client liaison such as CMO level
  • Your strong communication skills will ensure you can liaise cross-department to build relationships and improve efficiency.
