Position: Client Services Manager
Location: London
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 basic


Are you a Client Services Manager with experience working in the professional services industry and are you looking for a new opportunity?


The Company:
This is a global business intelligence company who provide information and insight helping uncover concerns in health economy, makes cases for change, reduces costs, improve health outcomes, engages with regulators, payers and clinicians and finally gains successful market access. They are looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to represent the voice of their global pharma companies for their BI tool.


With offices located in London to match their friendly, go-getting and passionate team, you will benefit from working for an extremely financially stable organisation who are known for massively investing in their employees. You will be given full ownership of all accounts so the opportunities for progression are much quicker.


The Role:

  • Successfully on-board and convert users to the platform to deliver maximum revenue
  • Represent the voice of the customer to the business
  • Liaise with all marketing, sales and development teams with customer needs.
  • Be very hands on - doing user demos, on-boarding training sessions, phone users, host webinars, send emails, use intercom chat to connect with customers.
  • Listen to and understand client needs, addressing client concerns and dealing with objections
  • Identify future potential use cases that would improve conversation and understand the industry/competitors.


The candidate:

  • 2 years of B2B experience in client relationship management or account management to ensure you can come in and hit the ground running
  • Degree or equivalent ideally in Life Sciences or similar
  • Ability to lead and manage complex negotiations
  • Strong communication skills to ensure you can liaise cross-department to build relationships and improve efficiency.
