The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading international specialist B2B media and events business, and to lead its commercial growth.

Taking overall responsibility for driving revenue across the business you will be expected to define and implement the sales strategy for each brand and bring that strategy to life.

Leading the media and events sales team, you will mentor, train and motivate in order to realise their full potential, ensuring the team are maximising cross-selling opportunities with clients - both existing and new - across the company's market-leading portfolio of print, digital and face-to-face media.

You will be expected to lead from the front, taking an active involvement in the development and management of key accounts as well as exploring opportunities for the launch of new products and services to drive revenue growth across the business

Your Profile


You will be a highly motivated, driven, self-motivated and results-orientated leader ideally with a background in advertising or events sales management. You will have a passion for both direct sales and the development and improvement of your team in order to realise their full potential. Experience within B2B media and international sales would be preferred but is not essential. Must be happy to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
