This agency is looking for a confident and driven individual to join their team as a Comms Planning Manager. As the Comms Planning Manager you will be responsible for the accurate delivery of day-to-day requests from the client and internal teams. The new Comms Planning Manager will need excellent communication skills when talking to the client about media plans.

The agency you will be joining prides itself on keeping the feel of a small independent agency while still possessing the resources from its larger network. The client you will be working on is a new win for this agency and they are looking to impress from right out the gate.

The Role

• Responsible for the delivery of accurate, impactful inputs that power the client's communications plan and grow their business.
• Work with the Associate Director and Partnerships team to develop the RFP to develop the best possible plan for the communications idea.
• Manages and is accountable for ensuring best in class financial stewardship (PO process, media budget management, client billing, billing discrepancies).
• Begins to build relationships with day to day leads on the client side, as well as with clients' partner agencies.

The Candidate

• Experience in integrated planning role in media, publisher / vendor, or communications discipline (digital, content).
• Ability to work successfully within a team, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
• You are experts in consumer and communications behaviour, and how changes in behaviours are creating new opportunities for connection.
• Ability to delegate and oversee direct reports.
