The Job:

The Community Manager should be a self-starter who is able to work both independently and collaborate effectively with multiple teams across the business, shaping the role of community management in the business and showing the long-term value of it in growing our brands.

This role requires copywriting, social media management, people management, communications skills, and an ability to plan and execute community management principles across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and develop a community management across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube and Tik Tok
  • Create TOV principles guidelines for each brand
  • Monitor audience sentiment and engagement
  • Own and run polling approach cross-platform, using Snapchat, Instagram and Facebook polls to support commercial briefs and inform content
  • Work closely with the commerce department on leveraging communities and audience relationships
  • Monitor posts, top comments and direct messages across the brands
  • Work on developing responses, monitoring and responding to audience comments for editorial and commercial campaigns
  • Build engaged communities for each brand through Facebook groups and YouTube community pages

  • Experience in community management
  • Experience in copywriting and developing TOV documents
  • Experience in content ideation
  • Experience in adapting and editing content
  • Experience in social media listening and how to apply this to creative thinking
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills working with partners
