We're looking for a Content & Editorial Manager to lead the voice, vision and storytelling behind a fast-growing energy news and insights platform focused on Africa and global energy markets.

This isn't just "writing content" - you'll be setting the editorial direction, crafting stories that matter, and helping connect governments, investors, and industry leaders through powerful journalism and content.

🔥 What you'll be doing:
📝 Shaping and owning the content & editorial strategy
🎤 Running interviews with ministers, CEOs, investors & policymakers
📺 Creating standout content across articles, video, podcasts & reports
📣 Building campaigns that support major international energy events
🗞️ Driving newsletters, webinars & thought leadership content
🤝 Working closely with marketing teams to grow audience reach
🌐 Keeping our platform fresh, relevant, and impossible to ignore

🌟 What we're looking for:
✍️ Strong editorial / journalism / content background
🧠 Ability to turn complex energy topics into clear, engaging stories
🎯 Experience across digital, social, newsletters & multimedia content
💬 Confident engaging senior industry figures
📊 Commercial awareness (content that supports wider business goals)
⚡ Interest in energy, infrastructure, or global policy (Africa focus a big plus)
🧩 Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
