Creative Lead.

The client are a specialist remote-first performance marketing agency, with one aim to help businesses grow ! They pride themselves on best in class Facebook and Google ads, as well forecasting, analytics, strategic consultancy and performance-first creatives!

Over the past 2 years the business has grown in size and reputation, working with a wide range of clients from direct to consumer eCommerce brands including:

• Fashion, apparel, jewellery
• FMCG
• Plants, greetings & misc. gifts
• Sports & fitness
• Subscriptions

They are now looking for a Creative Lead to own the creative function. This is a rare opportunity to join and lead a department at ground level as they flesh out a rapidly evolving creative offering.

The position offers a remote/office working hybrid, along with performance based bonus schemes, new business bonus scheme as well as loads more perks such as exclusive discounts across 30,000 brands and work MacBook.

The role is a full time permanent position offering up to £45,000k basic salary

Responsibilities include:

• Day to day you will lead and work closely with the Creative team making content for paid advertising channels for a portfolio of clients.
• You will be driven by data that the wider team specialises in, to allow for all content to be optimised for peak ad-performance.
• You will expected to lead creatively across account.
• And be the go to person for anyone looking for creative input
• You must be able to take charge of communicating with your team as you will managed one other Motion Designer.

The Person

• Ideally 4-5 years of industry experience in motion, still and video design.
• Deeply interested in social-media and how it can be harnessed to help businesses grow.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud- After Effects & Photoshop are a must-have.
• Expert knowledge of digital, typography, colour theory and motion techniques
• Strong attention to detail in graphic design and quality
• Organised and keen to learn!
