Are you a CRM Manager with hands on execution experience? This opportunity is for you!
Our client, a leading media company, are looking to add a CRM Manager to their London based team.
This is an opportunity to get hands on across strategy, execution and reporting. You'll be working on retention focused campaigns as well as onboarding campaigns using existing audiences.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity, offering hybrid working (up to 4 days a week in their London offices) and salaries of up to £55K + 10% bonus.
Responsibilities:
- You'll be supporting the development and management of customer communications strategies across the whole lifecycle
- Targeting customer segments using insights and customer base to ensure tailored messaging and campaigns
- Creating personalised and targeted campaigns across onsite messaging, email, SMS as well as push notifications
- Collaboration with internal teams to ensure that all campaigns are optimised through data, insight and effective marketing
The Person:
- You'll be highly experienced with CRM systems - covering not only data and insights, but being hands on with execution of campaigns.
- An effective communicator, with great collaboration skills
- A self-starter, you'll be confident with end-to-end campaign planning
