This profitable, scaling ecommerce brand operates within a highly visual, product-led category, with a strong brand identity and a growing international customer base. They've built serious momentum through acquisition - now the focus is on unlocking retention as a core revenue driver.
CRM is already in place. Campaigns are running, flows exist, and the channel is contributing.
But now they want more.
They're hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Manager who can get hands-on in Klaviyo, while also stepping back to shape lifecycle strategy, segmentation, and long-term revenue growth.
This isn't a role where you just press send.
And it's not one where you sit in strategy decks either.
It's the sweet spot - ownership, execution, and real commercial impact.

Salary: Up to £65,000
