Customer Acquisition Manager.

The Company

This 6 person tech start up are looking for an experienced paid media candidate to head up their customer acquisition offering. The company specialises in data management for other businesses and have just secured over £4mil in funding.

The Role

• Plan, deliver and report and, most importantly lead, on biddable media activity
• Collaborate with other colleagues specialists to provide coordinated, cross-channel solutions and deliver a clear biddable strategy to clients
• Demonstrate diligence in administrative and financial processes related to biddable media and ensure client budgets are adhered to through accurate tracking
• Present to clients, and lead conference calls and meetings as appropriate
• Analyse ongoing results to identify campaign trends and key insights to help meet and exceed client goals
• From day one, recommend ideas/strategies/tactics and formulate campaign optimisation

The Candidate

• Experience in technical implementation for Paid Social or Paid Search
• Understanding of key technologies, platforms and channels
• Ability to analyse biddable performance and draw out insights to inform your campaign strategy
• Experience in working at a start up / in tech.
• Innovative and passionate.
