Customer Service Administrator.

Our client is an export company based in central London. During their busy season, they are looking for someone to join them on a contract basis for 3 months.

This role will be working remotely, working Monday to Friday 8.30pm - 5pm managing all incoming queries from customers.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Answering incoming calls from customer's
• Responding to customer emails in a timely fashion
• Following up on customer orders, checking stock levels and placing orders if needed
• Tracking orders on behalf of customers and giving delivery dates

This role requires someone who is:

• Immediately available
• an excellent communicator with both written and oral comms
• Customer focused, always knowing that the customer is always right
