My client is looking for an experienced, high performing and strategic Customer Service Trainer to reshape the views and ways in which the business performs. They are looking to develop their customer service strategy and see a rise in their customer service excellence. This person will have a huge input into how the business can move forward and build on their already high standards of performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the 20-person Customer Service team is professionally trained and has the right support to operate effectively and to the best standard
  • Includes regularly analysing data to distribute workload and handling escalations.
  • Analysing and reshaping the approach on how the business currently handles their customer service.
  • Working in conjunction with the senior management teams and customer service manager in development and digital to identify new and improved strategies.
  • Manage reviews on a variation of platforms including Google, Yell, Facebook etc
  • Maintaining and improving online reputation

The candidate:

  • Experience in training and developing a large customer service team is essential.
  • Formal qualifications in customer service and management
  • Experience in strategy change and implementation would be highly beneficial for this role
  • A background in E-Commerce
