A brand-new Customer Success Manager opportunity in London with a fantastic digital technology provider, who specialise in creating advertising solutions for both SMEs and large multinationals. Their industry-leading technology analyses their client's digital performance and executes a tailored multi-channel advertising campaign, which enables clients to boost their sales and grow their business offerings. Facebook Marketing Partner since 2010, this innovative start-up is working with customers across Europe and the US, managing more than 50,000 campaigns every year.

The Role

  • Responsible for managing 3 top tier, large accounts.
  • Developing and sustaining relationships with your portfolio of accounts, keeping in regular contact and being extremely client-facing (in usual times).
  • Identify growth factors within your portfolio to up sell and cross-sell.
  • Pinpointing products that will impact the client's revenue to maximise on sales opportunities and get the best results.
  • Put together reports and present insight/data to the client.
  • Confident to advise, talk about advertising solutions and best ways to approach their market.
  • 50% Sales (Up selling/cross-selling/relationship building) 50% coaching partners on product and service/using a technical understanding of the product.

The Candidate

  • Experience with working within the Martech/Adetch sector in a similar Account Management or Customer Success role for a minimum of 18 months.
  • Proven record in succeeding sales targets
  • A consultative style of selling.
  • Keen interest in technology, marketing, and advertising
  • Able to be flexible to work with various external stakeholders across one account at one time with a very different subject matter.
